Above all, I love yoga, so I want to share that love with you.
My intention is to help people find a yoga practice that is most beneficial to them as they move through both easy and difficult times of life. Your life’s natural course evolves over time and so can your yoga practice. Together, we can find the tools that will lead you down a path of peace and loving-kindness for yourself.
Each group class or individual session I teach is unique. It’s all about your personal needs and the shared needs of the attendees.
Massage sessions with me are always individually tailored to you. I often spend some time talking before each session to find out what you need most and what will be most helpful for you.
Maitri Studio offers both yoga and massage at the same location. It is on a quiet neighborhood street near Fall Creek and is surrounded by gardens—a truly peaceful setting. It is an easy walk from the Commons or, if you prefer, ample street parking is available.
Group yoga classes at Maitri Studio are suitable for people of all fitness levels, body types, and life situations. I offer a range of yoga classes—maybe some types you have never heard of. Explore the differences here to see what you’d like to try.
Although classes are held in small groups, I still strive to provide personal attention to each attendee. Private sessions can be arranged if you’re looking for a completely individualized experience.
You can also schedule a massage appointment; I offer both traditional western massage and shiatsu.
